Working principle

 

       Cyclone tower is also known as cyclone spray tower, cyclone mixed vortex tower or cyclone spray device, cyclone spray tower is mainly composed of cyclone barrel, packing defogging layer, spray layer, water circulation system and pool, etc. Mainly for viscous dust, oily dust industrial waste gas pretreatment, fiber dust and other dry dust removal equipment can not handle the working conditions and designed a new environmental protection waste gas purification equipment.
       When the system works, the pump circulates the water supply, and the absorbed liquid is sprayed downward by the spiral nozzle installed at the bottom of the defogging layer. The dust-bearing gas enters the high-pressure centrifugal cyclone device tangentially under the traction of the negative pressure fan. In the high-speed dynamic operation, through the centrifugal force of the cyclone device, the liquid and the dust-bearing gas are fully integrated and adsorbed each other, and the dust is effectively treated. After purification, the exhaust gas is dehumidified and defogged by the defogging layer, discharged into the atmosphere by the fan or into other purification equipment (photooxygen catalysis, low temperature plasma, etc.), and the absorption liquid is returned to the bottom of the tank for recycling.
